Unlimited Storage
for your audition files

BYU + BOX

BYU recenlty partnered with Box to provide students, faculty and staff with a Box account. As a new BYU student, you can store and share an unlimited amount of files under 15 GB on your account.

The marching band is utilizing Box for applicants to upload their audition files. After recording your audition, do the following:

1. Save your audition recording. If you are saving your audition as one file, name it "Your Name, Instrument, Audition Year". If you are saving a file for each part of the audition, name the files after the part (i.e. A-flat scale or Lyrical Etude) and place all files in a folder titled as "Your Name, Instrument, Audition Year".

2. The band office secretary, Karren Williamson, will share a link with you to a folder labeled with your name. If you are unable to find the invitation email to share the folder, please check your junk mail. Contact the band office if the email has not been sent.

3. Upload your audition file(s) to the shared folder. The folder will only allow you to upload files. If you uploaded a file by mistake, please contact the band office and we will delete the file for you.
